Award-winning creative technical event production expert, Hawthorn, will unveil its new brand at PLASA 2015 (4-6 October).

Named by the London Stock Exchange this year as one of the ‘ 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ , and after nearly 30 years in the business, Hawthorn has never stopped growing. With the acquisition of Core Creative, renowned drapes brand Rex Howard and the hugely admired creative technical production business Anagram, it was felt the time was right to amalgamate all of these respected brands under the one name: Hawthorn.

Company returns from successful events in Cologne and Barcelona.

Hawthorn, one of London Stock Exchange's '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2015', has continued its reach into Europe with two significant events for September 2015.

The creative production powerhouse was commissioned by event management experts Taylor Bennett to design and produce all things technical for business events in Cologne and Barcelona.

Hawthorn delivered Taylor Bennett͛s creative exhibition stands for Adobe and Channel Advisor at dmexco, 16 – 17 September. The Digital Marketing Exposition & Conference 2015 is recognised as the premierglobal digital marketing event, drawing over 31,000 visitors to Koelnmesse, Cologne.

Hawthorn has gained a place on the Science Museum’s respected accredited supplier list.

As one of London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2015’, creative technical production experts, Hawthorn, boast a roster of high profile clients and work across a wide spectrum of live events from staging large-scale public spectaculars to the styling of more intimate dinners.

Hawthorn joins the Science Museum’s list of approved Production Suppliers who are vetted for their technical expertise, creativity, adherence to health and safety legislation and ability to work to the venue’s strict operational procedures. Hawthorn, the UK wide creative technical production powerhouse, has a strong presence in London’s heritage sector with long-standing appointments at the Natural History Museum and Gibson Hall, and regularly works with landmark venues such as the V&A.

Nothing says ‘I’ve arrived’ quite like a nod from D&AD and for young creative talent, it doesn’t get better than winning a coveted New Blood Award.

Held on Thursday 2 July at The Village Underground in Shoreditch, London, this is the 2nd year Hawthorn have supported D&AD with the New Blood Awards ceremony, an event which celebrates, recognises and showcases the creative superstars of the future.

Hawthorn, experts in creative technical event production, were charged with delivering a vibrant and dynamic awards ceremony – including staging, lighting and AV – designed to fit in with the retro gaming concept for the event, as well as supporting the after-party DJ set up.
